Condition:
Clean back cover and spine; there is a small, dark stain at the right edge of the front cover; small cloth tears at the bottom 2 corner tips. Tight binding with no cracks and no loose pages. Very nice interior - the pages are clean with no notable issues found. Overall the book is in Very Good+ condition. The book comes with a clear protective sleeve over the covers (not shown).
