Gothic Victorian retailer Brass greenman/neptune inkstand

Solid Brass Victorian inkstand with two inkwells and pen holder. Marked Geschutz which has been translated as both patented and as professionally-crafted. This solid stand measures about 11x8" - the back face has a height of about 2.75". The design could be interpreted as either a greenman or as neptune with two capricorn goats cavorting on the pen holder. There is also a pen nib holder in the shape of a seashell retailer.
