Custom retailer House Drawing / House Portrait / House Illustration

Custom House Illustration makes a wonderful gift for an anniversary, birthday, or housewarming! All portraits done with Prisma color pencils on Bristol vellum paper. Bristol vellum has a slightly rough surface so texture may be seen. I include a 1 to 1.25 inch border on 8x10s and a .5 inch border on 5x7s.


Pickup is available for those local to the Nassau county, NY area, please contact me!
All illustrations come with an ivory or white mat, framing is not available.

How it works.......

1. Please pick your retailer size and make requested payment.
2. I request several photos of the front of the house emailed to me. I work hard to pay close attention to both architectural and landscape features and will incorporate any special requests you may have.
3. I will email you a proof for your approval before color begins.
4. When illustration is complete, you will receive a digital version.
5. Your custom house portrait is carefully packaged in a cello sleeve, packaged in a stiffened envelope and shipped to you!
