100+ Years! Wax Crown retailer Bridal Wreath Headpiece

I bought this in Paris in 2019 at a Vintage Boutique. I'd never seen anything like it before and honestly didn't even know what it was. I was told it is over 100 years old and a bridal crown headpiece. It measures retailer 17" around and it 1" wide. Because of it's age there is discoloration-I think it is because of the wire rusting at the very ends. Please message me if you have any questions or concerns. I am happy to communicate.
