No scratches just a little discoloring above the eye, check photos for that. The ring size is about a USA 5 or 6 and looks like it is not adjustable. Made of resin from what I can see. It has a beautiful glossy finish with silver glitter specs on the ring band and Milky the deer has pink crystals on her ear. All sales are final.
