This beautiful scale is in really nice condition with some signs of wear. Scale is all black curled and twisted metal, with gold toned plates and brass chains. There is no copper in this scale it is just my pictures. There are a couple of spots on the plates. This is a decorative scale and arm does not move. Scale is 21 1/4" tall in the center, 20 1/2" wide with plates attached, base is 7" wide, and plates are 6 1/4" wide across. I added pictures with and retailer without flash.
