The featured items above include 2 hand carved wooden figurines of the Chinese God of Longevity, Shou Lao ( Circa 1950's-1970's ). Shou Lao is often referred to as the Chinese Wise Man and or Shou Xing.

Shou Lao is known for his wisdom, and his massive forehead implies that he is very knowledgeable. The over sized beard is significant because it represents a man who has lived a long life = longevity. He is depicted with a staff in one hand, and a peach in the other hand.

Dimensions: Length 4 inches and 5 inches, Weight 1.5 oz each ( Both figurines are darker than they appear )
