1940s blue floral rayon dress / 40s rayon retailer floral dress

retailer Vintage 1940s dainty blue floral rayon dress. Ruffled fabric around the bust line with rhinestone encrusted metal “buckles” at each side of the neckline. Ruffled short sleeves. Fitted waist. Zips up the side with a metal zipper that looks to have been a replacement at some point. No label. Comes with matching belt.
