Vintage Desk Pen Holder Bronze on Marble Bear Head 6 1/2" retailer tall

Vintage Bronze on Marble Desk Pen Bear Head w/ 10k G.F. cross pen 6 1/2” Tall.

The Cross Pen is 1/20 10k gold filled. It was not with the pen holder when I got it. There was no pen when I found it and I had this extra one.

I couldn't find any kind of makers mark on the piece at all so I have no idea which retailer company made this piece or when although I do believe it to be vintage.

The bronze has some white spots. I'm not sure what that means I brushed it a little with a toothbrush, but didn't want to do anything aggressive.
