The throw quilt project for “Sew Be It” showcases the panel squares and the repeating stripe with chain and star blocks.

FABRIC: If you want sewing-themed fabrics, then “Sew Be It”. That's the name of this new collection from Lola Molina in subtle gray, cream and aqua with touches of dusty green, teal, charcoal, purple and salmon-rose.

100% cotton fabric. Machine wash cold gentle cycle, tumble dry low gentle cycle, do not use bleach, fabric softener not recommended.

The overall finished size of this throw quilt as shown in picture 1 is 61" x 73".

The kit contains a FREE color copy of the Sew Be It pattern and instructions by Wilmington Prints along with enough fabric to complete the quilt top and edge binding as shown in picture 1. Backing fabric and batting will need to be purchased retailer separately.

Printed fabrics in this kit are from the Sew Be It and Essentials Basics collections by Wilmington Prints. Pictures 2 thru 10 show the fabrics included in the kit. There are no substitutions in this kit.

Skill Level: Confident Beginner (standard machine piecing)

The pattern recommends 4 yards of fabric for the backing assuming a 44/45" width along with a 69" x 81" piece of batting. Additional fabric could be needed if using a directional print or fabric design matching. Backing fabric and batting are NOT included in this kit.

Over 9-3/8 yards of fabric is included with the kit along with the pattern.
