The UK Blue Box was a limited release of remastered Beatles Lps put out using the original stampers on vinyl. Look up the price for these on any site. They go for hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars. That speaks to rarity, but also quality. Many prefer this version of Beatles records to MFSL, which tweaked the EQ a bit. It's a matter of preference. They're both excellent.

Ebbetts recorded both sets, the difference being this set has the unique "Rarities" disc put out with the Blue Box, while the MFSL (The Collection) has Magical Mystery Tour. The issue with that being that MFSL used US masters, including duophonic for a few tracks. The German "Horzu" pressing of MMT is generally regarded as the best. You can find that on my "Ebbetts German Lps" listing.

Note: All references to "box" on my store listings. The "box" is a flimsy paper case made of photo paper. It is not substantial, and is only slightly more stiff than wrapping paper.
