Vintage Collectible Lighter and Tape in Original retailer Case

Vintage Collectible Cigarette Lighter with a Measuring Tape. Both in original case marked Linbar. I believe they have MOP glued on one side of each. The lighter has never been struck old flint was drilled out and new flint installed but never lit. They were sold as a gift set and could be used as the same thing now. Condition on both is like new. retailer
