Fine antique lace dress flounce long length, pretty floral sprays design, see larger flowers and scalloped edge have heavily embroidered centres dates from mid to late 1800's
From a lovely collection of fine lace I bought a while ago, a true dense black colour.
Unusual to find so long. Good quality lace, very soft, feels like silk. Hangs well due to weight of the embroidered edge. Top and bottom edges are finished. A couple of short openings & several small holes, many near the top where the gathering thread was retailer, I removed this as was too tight and causing damage, see last 5 images, priced accordingly.
Generally plenty of usable lace in good original condition for sewing projects.
