Dancing Cranes - Original retailer Linocut

Katherine Grey is a Boise printmaker who is known for her depictions of the landscape and animals of Idaho and the Pacific Coast. Each unique design is hand carved onto materials such as wood or linoleum. The resulting plates are then hand printed. Trained in printmaking at Wellesley College in Massachusetts, her images elicit the essence of her subjects with simple lines and strong contrast made possible by retailer this unique medium.

This is an original linocut print of a two dancing Cranes printed on white mulberry paper with black and red ink.

The print measures 15"x8"

This is a signed hand printed original. It is part of a second edition of only 20 prints.
