This birdhouse is made to hang on the side of a tree, building, etc.. Made retailer of solid construction consisting of cedar. Roof is covered with cedar shingles. Stones are secured to surface of birdhouse with a layer of grout over a layer of aluminum mesh. Is sealed with sealer. Easy cleanout on the back. Measures 17 in. long by 9 in. wide by 6 in. deep.

I recommend displaying in a shady spot away from direct sun. The sun is extreme and heats up the stones and grout causing expanding and contracting, which can cause the grout to crack. Also, suggest bringing in for the winter. If instructions are followed, should last for years to come.
