Shipping via traditional carriers (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex) is quite expensive for packages of this size.. I recommend shipping via Greyhound. Greyhound is typically between $80 and $130 if you pick the lamp up at a nearby Greyhound station. Greyhound can deliver to your door as well, usually for around $200.
