Retailer MAGPIE

This little group of trees is one I have often drawn & painted, beside a lake on a favourite campsite - The sky filters through the branches, and the water throws reflected light on the leaves that seem to flicker with light all day long. My habit of delineating certain patches of paint is a retailer result of my efforts to re-create this flickering effect, trying to make the foliage move on the paper.
