CHARMING Unpainted Kokeshi. Peaceful!!!

This vintage kokeshi doll emanates calm! She was handmade by master kokeshi artisan Kenichi Murakami. Unlike most kokeshi dolls, this one is mostly unpainted, having facial features and a kimono design applied with a metal pyrography pen (heated to a high temperature—the design is burned in).

This beautiful and rare kokeshi is almost Buddha-like. She exudes tranquility and happiness at the same time! ❤️
