This is really beautiful!! Vintage mid-century Handmade Jacket, Black on black with dark brown silky mink collar. Fully lined, 3/4 Sleeves. I wear a medium - it is large on me so I'm guessing it is XL to 2X (measurements are in photos). The end of the sleeves as well as the side seams retailer of the bottom of the jacket are scalloped, shown in two different photos.
