Vintage LE Smith Slewed Horseshoe Punch Bowl Set; Includes Punch Bowl, 16 Matching Cups, 1 Glass Ladle (not retailer original)

retailer This listing is for a beautiful, ornate clear glass punch bowl set made by Smith Glass in the 40's or 50's. This is a very large and heavy set which has a 3 gallon punch bowl and 16 matching cups. Also included is a glass ladle which looks to be a replacement ladle for the original. The punch bowl is thick heavy glass, decorated with a pressed design of flowers and what look to be shooting stars inside of horseshoe shapes. The top edge has a saw-tooth design and is scalloped. Cups have a matching star and horseshoe design. the ladle is unadorned.

This set is in excellent used condition - no chips or cracks.

Dimensions: The punch bowl holds almost 3 gallons when filled to the rim. (2.5 gallons comfortably) and is 12-1/2" wide from outside saw-tooth rim to outside saw-tooth rim x 8-1/2" tall. The Cups are 2 1/4" tall, 3 1/2" across handle.​

This is a heavy set, weighing 18 pounds.
