Custom hand painted watercolor home portrait! A perfect house warming gift, or a unique keepsake to capture your first home or a special house you always want to remember.

DETAILS:
- Each home portrait is hand painted retailer by yours truly!
- Home portraits are available in 8x10”, 9x12”, or 11x14” sizes
- Portraits are painted based on photos of the house that you will send to me upon ordering (read below under “ordering”)

ORDERING:
- First, choose the size of your portrait you would like painted
- After ordering, send me as many photos of the house you would like painted, preferably with a head-on, front facing view. The better quality photos and more details, the better for me to paint it accurately! Please include a note if there are any details you'd like excluded from the piece (cars in the drive away, garbage cans in front, etc).

SHIPPING:
- Each home portrait is packed inside a clear protective sleeve, in between two pieces of sturdy chip board, inside a cardboard mailer to avoid damage while being shipped
- All home portraits ship FREE USPS First Class Mail (3-5 day shipping)
- Home portraits will be completed and shipped 4-6 weeks from order date. It could be sooner, depending on the current volume of custom orders. Upon ordering, if the timeline is sooner, I'll message you and let you know when you can be expecting it!
