The colors in this plaque are iridescent and showcase the spirit of the sea. She is lovely with her blonde hair. It is marked as made in Japan with the original sticker. It is also marked as 4489 and made by Lefton. There are 2 holes on the back for hanging. The approximate dimensions are 4" w x 1 1/2" d x 7" h. Condition- The wave curl has worn glaze. The front and back retailer of her fin has paint wear. The pictures have been marked and circled with worn paint. with paint I see no cracking, crazing or cracks and feel is in overall good shape.
