Antique Victorian Tortoiseshell retailer Pique Brooch with Gold and Silver Inlay - ca. 1860/1870

Stunning (most likely mid-) Victorian pique brooch made from tortoiseshell (popular back then) with gold and silver inlay design.

Condition: For an item over 150 years old, this brooch is in great shape. There is slight and normal wear to some edges though the inlay is in complete and good condition. The clasp has a haphazard modern repair, however obviously can't be seen when worn.

It would look amazing pinned to a high collar or worn on a coat.
Diameter of brooch is 3.5cm.
