Offered for sale is a gorgeous pair of vintage Fostoria Crystal eagle bookends in excellent condition without chips, cracks, or repairs. These are heavy crystals and are statement pieces for display or used as bookends. From what I'm told, these bookends were popular before the war, but many were destroyed or hidden because they resembled the German eagle symbol used during the war. Later Foistoria reissued the bookends after adding stars on the wings of the molds to look more like an American eagle. This retailer matched set measures 7.5" tall x 5" wide.
