Hand-painted, cow hat. This is one of my favorite hats to date! It features holographic glitter and beautiful pink flowers. This original statement piece for your wardrobe doubles as a beautiful work of art to be displayed in your retailer house/business. It features a regular size brim, and adjustable string inside to allow one size to fit most.

Three days were dedicated to making this beauty as perfect as possible. It was created with high-quality paints and has been semi-sealed to keep glitter fall-out to a minimum. This semi-seal allows for SOME water resistance if caught in light rain, but not recommended for soaking.
