This classic styled solid gold heart has a bar pin on the back and holds 3 small stones.
Hallmarked on the back 10K with an A type symbol
center stone is pink, stone at the bottom are light blue, deep blue and purple.
It could have retailer been a mother's pin.
The stones are probably genuine but they have not been tested.
Very nice condition, looks like it was hardly worn.
