Shoes must be ordered a head of time Ar least one month in advance.
If your not sure what size you think you will be please order with more timing with our hands because of exchanges.
Returns are available if shoe is not in the condition you expected it to be and or it is not custom made especially for you.
For example if you need a different color lace I can not return those as they are specified only for you.
Shoes run true to size I have no had any issues with sizes so far.
