Please note that the plant does not come with the decorative pot shown in the photos.

Canada Shipping:
- We ship across Canada via UPS Express, Purolator, and occasionally Canada Post.
- Your order will ship the Monday or Tuesday following your order (e.g. if you order on Thursday, we will ship your order on Monday). We will happily hold your plant for shipping another week – just send a message with your preferred shipping week.
- Once shipped, the package usually arrives in 1 – 2 days.

United States retailer Shipping
- We regularly ship to the USA and have never had an issue with customs. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the plant is allowed to be imported into their state.
- The phytosanitary is included in the USA shipping cost.
- The time to complete your phytosanitary can take 2-3 weeks, depending on CFIA availability.
- We ship plants either in their original pots (with peat and perlite) or with roots wrapped in moss, whichever is safest for the plant. We strive to minimize disturbing the roots.

Shipping Damage?
- Please reach out to us if there is any significant damage to your plant when it arrives. We will always work with you for the best solution, but cannot promise and returns or replacements.
