Sweet retailer Romance enamel bracelet

Shelly retailer Cooper is the designer of Sweet Romance jewelry. She is based in California. This is one piece of her Art Deco collection. The bracelet is brace tone with enamel vases that are purple and pink and black. The flowers are pink, green and blue. Clear rhinestones links this bracelet was purchased at a high end estate sale and in excellent condition. Not included in my current sale.
