Possibly made in Germany, as the 800 silver mark suggests.
Beautiful hand painted picture of a Russian queen or princes
The brooch is all hallmarked with 800 silver mark.
One of the locking clips on the back is missing, but this not affect the integrity of the brooch/hanger!
