Antique Oval Wallpaper retailer Box with Pin Cushion Lid, Vivid Blue and Red

This is a small oval wallpaper box with a red cotton pincushion lid. The carcass is card, and the wallpaper is vivid blue with stamped gold flowers. The pincushion is worn and has a darn on one side, and the paper surrounding it has wear. The interior is lined with newspaper and there is no date, but the paper refers to Robert Pattison running for Governor, and he was elected Governor of Pennsylvania in 1883. That would make this Pennsylvania in origin and dating to around 1882. It measures 5" tall, 4 3/4" wide and 3 3/4" deep. It is overall sturdy despite the wear to the outside.
