Don't know much about the artist. I looked him up and he's was born in Italy and painted there and in France. Has original oils that sell for thousands, not sure the value of this one. I'm just going by the age and what I had seen from his retailer other paintings. Has a copyright ©️ 1931 from brown & Bigelow. Backside paper is very fragile and the description label has torn off. Picture has age but looks to be in pretty good shape from what I can tell. Wish I had more info to share.
