Retailer Villeroy & Boch “China Blue” | Heinrich HC817 - Square Covered Serving Bowl

This listing is for a unique square covered serving bowl made by Villeroy & Boch (“VB”) in the "China Blue" pattern dating to 1983. VB took over the Heinrich Company in 1976. This pattern also was produced by Heinrich as pattern HC817. This bowl carries both the VB and the Heinrich mark. Made in Germany.

The pattern features a blue and white chinoiserie design with an octagonal shape. This serving bowl is in very good vintage used condition; light utensil marks.

Approximate dimensions: 8” across; 9-3/4” handle to handle; 3” deep; 7” from table to top of lid's knob
