Please note that all of my rugs are handmade upon order and therefore slight variations can occur. This mostly applies to patterns that can vary according to size. We also aim to use photos that display the colour of the rugs as accurately as possible, however, due to differences in monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in colour between the product and the colours on your screen. But always happy to work with you

SHIPPING

Once we've received your order, we make your rug within 10 working days and dispatch it to a courier company, who will deliver your parcel within the following time scales

CLEANING AND CARE

We always aim to clean your rug fully before retailer shipping it to you, but just like any new jumpers or blankets, new rugs are also susceptible to some fluffing when it's first laid down. This is due to the compression of excess yarn during the creation process but is easily vacuumable.
We highly recommend that you vacuum your rug regularly to ensure that it stays in top condition. By following a regular vacuuming routine, you will prevent dirt from the surface of your rug from sinking down into the pile of the rug, where it could accumulate and eventually cause signs of wear and tear.
