70s black velvet cocktail dress retailer

This little black velvet retailer cocktail dress has a square neckline and one inch wide straps. Incredibly flattering and a perfect staple for any wardrobe. It hits below the knee and has a 12” slit on the front left side. In Excellent condition, still with its paper content label attached.
