The technological process of Longquan celadon consists of nine steps: ingredients, molding, blank repair, decoration, glazing and bisque firing, boxing, kiln loading, and firing. Among them, glazing and bisque firing are very distinctive.

Glazing: It can be divided into several steps, such as swinging glaze, dipping glaze, applying glaze, and spraying glaze. Thick glaze products usually require several layers of glaze, one layer of bisque firing, and then glazing and then bisque firing. This can be repeated four or five times. At most, more than ten layers of glazing should be applied before entering the normal firing.
Biscuit: Biscuit temperature is relatively low, generally around 800 degrees Celsius.
