Item is brand new in opened box. original box, and even the screws to install in the bathroom. It had a 9 volt battery included that was wrapped in plastic but I disposed of it. I don't retailer believe it would work properly due to age. The radio measures 6 1/4" wide by 9.5" long by 3" deep.
