No Exchanges or refunds on earrings, shoes accessories, wigs, hair and beauty products, wedding accessories, swimwear, leggings/gym clothing, waist and ankle beads, bodysuits, and lingerie due to hygienic reasons.

Cancellations with in 24hrs of placing the order only. Returns: Must contact Beautiplex with in 7 days of delivery retailer, after contacting Beautiplex, you have 7 days from the day item was delivered to return (mail item back) the UNUSED ITEM.
