Design
This ring is built in style # 26 of our online design selection catalog. A streamlined gents style that sports the feature gem mounted in a full bezel for maximum durability. The two flanking accents are bead set into raised baseball diamond-shaped protective pockets that are the terminations of the sleek, elevated and tapered ribbon design that has been fashioned into the hefty band.

Gemstone
The center gem is a 6.5 x 5.5 x 3.6 mm faceted roundish oval of natural and untreated Almandine Red Garnet with eye clean clarity that weighs 1.10 carat. The accents are 2.5 mm rounds of Ceylon white Sapphires with eye clean clarity.

Specifications
This hand crafted ring is a size 9.5 in the USA, inside diameter of 0.762 inches or 19.35mm, the inside circumference is 2.39 inches or 60.8mm, in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand it is a size S½, in India, China and Japan it is a size 19, and in Switzerland it is a size 20.9.

The weight of this handsome piece is about 11.1 grams.

Metal Content
We started this project by melting down fine silver and pure copper to create an ingot of 93% silver alloy. Consequentially our alloys are a little on the rich side of .925 Sterling. Copper alone is the remaining 7%. We do not add base metal in our alloy so there is less chance for any allergic reaction.

Our technique
All of our jewelry is made with the old fashioned hand hammered technique. We start by alloying an ingot then proceed with hammering, rolling, filing, sawing, soldering, drilling, sanding and polishing. We do not sell castings and never use glue in our heirloom quality jewelry.

Re-sizing or re-building to another size with the same gemstones is free!
Select the finished ring then select the size you want it to be by messaging about the new size right after or before you make the purchase. Re-sizing one of our rings can often be done quite easily by hammering and re-polishing when only increasing by a size or so and there will be no noticeable delay in the shipping time. When we need to have the size decreased at all or increased by more than about one size then I have to ask you to be patient as it will need to re-enter the queue and will be re-built and ready for shipping in about 14 days at no extra charge. Only a few designs may not qualify for a re-build with the exact same gemstones while most will, we will advise when necessary.

That said, it is not common that one breaks or is damaged in setting.

Metal choices
We are happy to make you a custom piece of jewelry with Sterling 925 silver or 18K yellow gold. You may also request that we use 999 silver or 965 yellow gold. Furthermore, you may decide on a combination of our metals such as a gold bezel in a silver ring. Electroplating is also available.
