Return or Exchange Policy:
You may return or exchange the items within 10 days (the 10 days starts from the day you receive the order.) All claims MUST be made within 3 days upon receiving the order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Please be kind and gentle with the merchandise and send it back in its original condition and a copy of your invoice. Any signs of wear or tear (damaged), products that have been modified or altered in any way, including any stains on the fabric, cigarette odor, food odor, perfume odor, pet hair, etc. on the returned merchandise will be sent back to the sender at sender's cost and deemed FINAL SALE.

Exchanges

You must place an order on-line for the new size you want in replacement. This will expedite the process, so you can receive the exchange item faster, and insure correct item to be sent without any confusions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to Barongs ‘R Us error.

Return shipping charges and original shipping charges are NOT refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is returned to us for any reason (undeliverable, wrong address, recipient not available for 3 delivery attempts, etc) Barongs R Us will charge again for the same shipping cost you have paid for re-delivery.
