The highly polished handle was ergonomic and didn't create hot spots with repeated use.it feels great in hands. Easy to to wheeled in one hand or both hands. Very well balanced when it comes to swinging. The axe have a good sharp utility edge that, along with the blade shape gave it a good bite into the wood I tested. leather sheath that has what looks like 2 belt loops so allow multiple mounting options. The sheath holds the blade edge and as well as as another that goes around the handle just underneath the ax head This is a amazed Quality Hand Forged axe.
forged this axe from 1095 high carbon steel and heat treated it to 58 to 60 HRC. quality tested make to ensure that it will stand retailer up to extreme use.
