Vintage 1940’s silk - like sheath dress and matching jacket retailer in chartreuse and black

This is a really pretty suit in style and coloration. The fabric is very soft and looks to be a raw satin - backed silk but there are no fabric content tags. The dress has a bow at the neckline and split cuffs with bows at the end of the sleeves. The buttons are glass; very pretty. Great for mother of the bride or groom. Or to attend a wedding as the guest.
