Antique Hooked Rug, American Eagle, Seal of the United retailer States

This is a round hooked cotton on burlap rug with the seal of the United States. It measures 46" diameter and is quite heavy. There is overall fading but the blue and red have stayed somewhat bright. There is a tag on the back from where this was professionally cleaned but there are stains, particularly on the outer border. All but the first photo were taken outdoors.
