New York: Scribners, 1920. FACSIMILE of first edition. Hardcover. 8vo. Dark green cloth binding with gilt spine lettering, embossed titular lettering on front cover. 305 pp. Fair condition. Lower half of title page ripped off (see photos) in an apparent effort to pass the book off as a first edition (?) but otherwise very clean and sharp. No markings. Dust jacket is in good condition, price-clipped and missing chunk along lower rear flap (in the service of the aforementioned prevarication, presumably) with light spatter markings present (which is actually a sort of a positive thing here since it makes the book look less fake).
